Oasiara Return & Refund Policy
Thank you for shopping with Oasiara! We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Below are the terms and conditions regarding returns and refunds.
1. The 14-Day Right of Withdrawal Window
You have a 14-day withdrawal window to notify us of your intent to return an item, starting from the day your package is delivered (or the delivery of the last item in your order).

For EU Customers: In compliance with local regulations, you have the right to cancel or return your order within this 14-day period for any reason and without justification.
2. Eligibility & Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt or proof of purchase.
Exemptions: Please note that personalized items, custom orders, or final sale promotional items are completely excluded from the right of withdrawal and cannot be returned.
3. How to Start a Return

Items sent back to us without first submitting a request through the account portal will not be accepted. Once your return request is approved, we will send you specific instructions on how and where to ship your package.
4. Return Shipping & Timing

Return-after-notice timing: Once you have notified us and your return is approved, you must ship the goods back to us within 14 days.

Shipping Costs: Customers are responsible for paying their own return shipping costs unless the item arrived defective or damaged.
5. Refunds & Processing Time
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returned item to confirm if the refund is approved.

What we refund: If approved, we will refund the price of the item plus the cost of our standard outbound delivery. Please note that premium shipping upgrades (e.g., express or overnight shipping) are non-refundable.

Refund Timing: Approved refunds are automatically processed back to your original payment method within 7 business days of us receiving the return.

Bank Delays: Please keep in mind it can take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account. If more than 10 business days have passed since your return was approved and you haven't received it, please contact us at support@oasiara.com.
6. Damages, Wrong Items, and Issues
Please inspect your order immediately upon arrival. Contact us right away at support@oasiara.com if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Tip for Faster Resolution: If your product arrives broken or faulty, please include a clear photo or video of the issue in your email.
7. Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get the item or color you want is to return the item you currently have using the steps above. Once your return is accepted, you can make a separate purchase for the new item.
