1. Order Processing Time All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification with tracking information once your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates We offer reliable shipping to ensure your products reach you in perfect condition.

  • Standard Delivery Time: 6 – 9 business days.

  • Peak Seasons & High Demand: During periods of high volume, holidays, or promotional events, delivery may take up to 12 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and start from the date of shipment, not the date of order. Estimated delivery dates may vary due to carrier practices or delivery location.

3. Tracking Your Order When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow up to 48 hours for the tracking information to become active in the system.

4. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (No Hidden Fees) We believe in 100% transparency. The price you see at checkout is the final price you will pay. Oasiara (operated by Djoser Trade LLC) ensures that all shipments are cleared through customs with no hidden fees, extra duties, or additional taxes collected upon delivery. You will not have to pay anything extra when your package arrives.

5. Incorrect Addresses & Undeliverable Packages Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before finalizing your order. We are not responsible for orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or missing address information provided by the buyer.
